GasH24 ships throughout Europe. The shipment generally takes place within three working days from the order. The delivery is carried out in 24/48 hours in Italy, from 48 to 96 hours in the major European centers.

We are always available for any problem / clarification related to the shipment / delivery of the clothes. Do not hesitate to contact us in case of any doubt. We are not responsible for the couriers’ delays and/or for the damage or stolen goods during the shipment. Please check the integrity of the box before accepting the package as it is a right of the customer. Accept it with reserve in case of anomalies in the packaging. It is also possible to personally collect the goods by taking an appointment via email at info@gash24.com.

We are offering free shipping for orders over € 75 in Italy (excluding Sicily and Sardinia) and for orders over €150 in the other European countries.

Cash on delivery

We accept cash on delivery. By selecting “cash on delivery” as payment method you can easily directly pay the courier as soon as you receive the clothes,

please be aware that checks are not accepted. A € 10.00 fee will be applied to the order when cash on delivery option is selected. 

The sales and conditions reported here have as a subject the purchase of products and services, made on the website www.gash24.com owned by Reckless Bikes di Pasquali Matteo based in Via Salieri 207, 37132 Verona. 
Every purchase will be regulated by the Italian laws (Dlgs n. 196) and the privacy will be regulated by law number n. 196/2003 and subsequent modifies.

The here reported general sales conditions have to bee examined online by the customers visiting our website www.gash24.com before confirming their purchases. The order’s confirmation implies the full knowledge of the general sales conditions reported here. The customer, after the purchase phase on www.gash24.com, will print and will preserve the general sales conditions here reported, already seen and accepted during the buying process, in order to fully satisfy the conditions of the articles 3 and 4 of Dlgs n.185/1999.

All the prices on www.gash24.com are in euro (€) and includes taxes. The prices can be modified without any notice. 

www.gash24.com accepts three payment methods:

1. PAYPAL 
2. CASH ON DELIVERY (only for less than 200€ orders)
3. CASH IN CASE OF HAND DELIVERY (appointments are necessary)

1. PayPal:

In case of Paypal payment the order will be processed as soon as the full amount of money will be accredited GasH24 PayPal account.

2. Cash on delivery:

www.gash24.com accepts payment on delivery for orders that are not exceeding 200€. By selecting “cash on delivery” as payment option, you can easily pay by cash to the courier service. Checks are not accepted. This payment option has a 10,00€  fee that will be added at the checkout of your order.

3. Cash:

It is possibile to pay by cash only in the case of choosing “collect at our office” that happens only after taking an appointment with us by writing an email at info@gash24.com. Delivery will be done in our office but we are willing to bring it by hand in Rovereto/Trento/Verona areas.

All the items sold are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on materials and / or on manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover defects caused by damaging or wearing the clothes. Please be very careful while opening the packages, please do not use scissors or other objects that could damage the products. In order to be replaced under warranty, the products must be returned for an evaluation of the actual manufacturing defects, together with the original receipt and within the warranty period. The return for Italy (Sardinia and Sicily excluded) is free within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. The items can be covered by the warranty only if they are returned by the purchaser intact and in the original packaging. Products that do not remain in the original customer’s property for the entire period of time (from the date of the purchase until it is returned for inspection), can not be changed in warranty. Posting photographs of broken or damaged parts on the internet or on social networks is not a recommended action. Items returned by international customers for warranty must be marked as ‘broken’ with “zero value”. We will refuse the package and we will ask the courier to return the product back to the sender in the case that we are asked to pay import taxes and duties in order to accept the delivery of products under warranty.

The law on distance sells (D.Lgs.21 / 2014) gives the right to cancel an order and to return the goods without the necessity to give any reason for the return within 14 working days from delivery of the products. We offer a flexible withdrawal policy and we are happy to accept a refund or an exchange, trying to satisfy your requests in the best possible way.

Please send an e-mail to info@gash24.com with the subject: “Request for exchange of product” indicating the number of items (you can find it on the sales invoice or on the emails received after the order). In the case of orders with more than one product, it is mandatory to specify which product you would like to exchange with the maximum precision. The new product will be shipped only after having received the product to be replaced.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal on a part of the product purchased.

• the right does not apply to audiovisual products sealed once opened.

• the product purchased must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts.

• in order to limit damages to the original package, we recommend to insert it in a second box, indicating the wording “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL”.

• it is necessary not to apply labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.

• the product, until we receipt it in our warehouse, it is under the full responsibility of the customer.

• in case of product’s damaging during deliveries, GasH24 will notify the customer (within 5 working days from the receipt of the products in our warehouses) in order to give the possibility to the customer to complain against the courier and obtain for a refund of the product (if insured). In this case the product will remain available for the customer for its return.

• the right of withdrawal is excluded from the law for the purchase or sale of objects produced specifically or created personally for the consumer.
